As all orders created are unique, your order will be created and dispatched within 4 Business days of the purchase date. You will receive an email when your order has been collected by Australia Post for delivery. For more information on the estimated delivery times to your area, please refer to our shipping information table below.

PLEASE NOTE: All delivery times below are estimated from the dispatch date, and standard delivery can take up to 10 business days from the dispatch date. Days refer to business days, and all pricing includes shipping, handling and packaging.
Express Postage: All States 1-3 Days from dispatch date.
Express Postage applies to delivery only and does not speed up production time. You will be required to allow for standard production time on all orders.

Contactless Pickup
Free contactless customer pick up option is now available. You will be notified once your order is ready for pick up.
When arriving at the reception front door to collect your order, please ring the doorbell, quote your order number and name to one of our friendly team members. Your order will then be placed on the counter outside the door while maintaining social distancing. Our team will record your name to confirm your order collection, and your parcel will be placed safely on the counter outside for your collection.
Pick up is from 1-3 Edison Rd, Dandenong South VIC, 3175 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Please click here to see map of pick up location
COVID-19 Update
Considering these challenging times, our team are continuing to produce your orders as per usual. While your orders are leaving our warehouse within our customer promise, we understand our delivery partners have been experiencing delays which means you may encounter some delays in all delivery services. At this time, Australia Post has temporarily suspended the Express Post guarantee of next day delivery as they cannot commit to this time frame. Express Post is still available on our website; however, please keep in mind your order may not be delivered the next business day.
